64排CT在急性胸痛诊断中临床应用

目的对64排螺旋CT在急性胸痛诊断进行探讨，观察临床价值。方法选取本院50例急性胸痛患者进行64排螺旋CT检测，对患者胸部症状进行冠状动脉、肺动脉、胸主动脉成像，观察患者肺叶及胸壁情况。结果36例患者出现心血管病变，4例显示气胸，1例出现急性心包炎，4例胸椎压缩性骨折。结论64排螺旋CT能够对患者胸部进行清晰造影，显示患者胸部急症，对急性胸痛诊断具有非常重要的意义。

The clinical application of 04-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest pain

Objective To discuss the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest pain. Methods 50 cases of acute chest pain were detected by 64-slice spiral CT in our hospital, coronary artery, pulmonary artery, thoracic aorta imaging to show chest symptoms in patients. Observed lung lobe and chest wall. Results There were 36 cases of cardiovascular diseases, 4 cases of pneumothorax, 1 case of acute pericarditis, 4 cases of thoracic vertebral compression fractures. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography can clearly show patients＇ chest as well as chest diseases, which has a very important significance in the diagnosis of acute chest pain.
