探讨躁狂症的临床诊治措施及效果

目的介绍躁狂症的临床诊治措施，并探讨利培酮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂症的临床疗效。方法将82例躁狂症住院病例随机分为研究组40例（采用利培酮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗）和对照组42例（单纯应用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗），观察两组患者躁狂量表（BRMS）评分和疗效变化，并记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗前评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后均有明显降低，研究组患者治疗后评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。研究组患者治疗总有效率（92．5％）明显高于对照组（76．19％）（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论利培酮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂症具有较好的疗效和安全性，适合于临床应用。

A study on clinical diagnosis and treatment measures and effect of Mania

Objective To introduce clinical diagnosis and treatment measures of Mania, and study the clinical efficacy of Risperidone combined with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets in Mania. Methods 82 cases of Mania inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Study group（n=40） was treatedwith Risperidone combined with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets, while control group（n=42） was treated with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets only. Observed Bech-Rafaelsdn Mania Rating Scale（BRMS）, efficacy and untoward effect in two groups. Results There was no significant difference in BRMS between two groups before the treatment（P 〉 0.05）; BRMS reduced significantly in both groups after the treatment; BRMS of study group was significantly lower than that of control group after the treatment（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group （92.5% vs 76.19%, P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the rates of untoward effect in two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Risperidone combined with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of Mania, which is suitable for clinical application.
