侧脑室内肿瘤的外科治疗

目的总结侧脑室内肿瘤手术治疗的方法和经验。方法回顾性分析近11年来我院收治的34例侧脑室内肿瘤病人的临床资料。34例病人中部分病例采用显微外科手术治疗。结果22例肿瘤全切除，4例次全切除，7例大部分切除，另1例病人因入院时已昏迷、癫痫、脑疝而急诊手术．肿瘤仅行部分切除，术后因严重脑水肿而高颅内压症状未缓解，13d后死亡。结论侧脑室内肿瘤多起源于脑室内．也可起源于脑室周围结构而突入脑室内，其手术入路应根据病变的特点来选择。肿瘤应争取全切，但不可强求全切。

Surgical Treatment of Lateral Ventricular Tumors

Objective To summarize the method and experience of surgical treatment of lateral ventricle tumours. Method The clinical data of 34 patients with lateral ventricle tumors treated in our department last 11 years, of whom, some were treated with microsurgical technique, were analysed retrospectively. Results The tumors were totally resected in 22 patients, subtotally in 4, greatly part in 7, and partially in 1 who were treated by emergent surgery because of coma, epilepsy and brain hernia, and died of serious cerebral edema 13 days after the operation. Conclusions Most of the lateral ventricle tumors originate from the lateral ventricles, and they also may originate from the structures surrounding the lateral ventricles and protrude into the lateral ventricles. The choice of operative approach should depend upon the feature of the lesions. The tumors should be resected as totally as possible, but total resection of the tumors the should not be forced.
