| 摘 要： | 目的:研究蕲艾挥发油的抗疲劳作用。方法:小鼠经口给予蕲艾挥发油30d后,采用负重游泳实验,观察记录小鼠游泳死亡时间;小鼠游泳一定时间后采血检测血清尿素氮、血乳酸;取肝脏检测肝糖原。结果:经口给予小鼠蕲艾挥发油30d后,能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间;降低运动时血清尿素氮水平;对小鼠运动后血乳酸升高有明显的抑制作用;能促进运动后血乳酸的消除;减少肝糖原的消耗量。结论:蕲艾挥发油具有抗疲劳作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of essential oil extracted from Artemisia argyi.Methods: After the oil was administered for 30 days in mice, the swimming test was carried out and the death time was observed and recorded. After mice finished the swimming test, the blood samples were taken for determining the urea nitrogen and lactic acid in blood; and the liver was taken for determining the glycogen. Results: The essential oil extracted from Artemisia argyi prolonged significantly the time of swimming and increased the level of urea nitrogen in serum, inhibited the augment of lactic acid in blood caused by swimming, and accelerated the elimination of the increased lactive acid in blood, and decreased the consumption of glycogen. Conclusion: The essential oil extracted from Artemisia argyi has the anti-fatigue effect. |
