少年儿童眼球萎缩的义眼装配分析

目的 评价少年儿童眼球萎缩在非手术情况下安装义眼的效果。方法 门诊18岁以下眼球萎缩患者193例。选用与健眼相同或相似。大小厚薄合适的义眼，经非手术方法安装。结果 所有患眼均能在非手术的情况下成功地装配义眼，所装义眼的大小，色泽都和健眼相似，大多能随健眼的活动而有一定活动，起到了美容的作用。结论 经过选择的少年儿童眼球萎缩病例在非手术情况下直接装配义眼是可行的，方法简单，效果良好。值得在临床中应用。

Fitting artificial eye on the atrophied eye of the teenager and children

Objective To evaluate the effect of fitting artificial eye on the atrophied eye without the enucleation in teenager and children.Methods The fitting of artificial eye was carried out in outpatients younger than 18 years old,who had an atrophied eye.All artifical eyes were as same as or similar to the healthy eyes and their size and thickness were fitful for the atrophied eyes.They were wore by the patients without enucleating the eyeball.Results Without operation,all of 193 cases had been fitted with artificial eyes successfully.Either color or size of the artificial eye was similar to the healthy eye and the prosthetic mobility and the cosmetic apearance were excellent.Conclusion It's possible that the teenager and children who retains himself's atraphied eye ball without enucleating can wear artificaial eye well.It is simple and effective,so can be used in clinic.
