| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术的临床经验。方法回顾分析35例老年腹股沟疝的临床资料。结果本组全部治愈。术后病人痛苦小,下床活动早,恢复快,并发症少。结论无张力修补术保持了腹股沟管的正常解剖结构,有效降低术后复发率,适合于老年人疝的外科治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the teasion - free repairment of inguinal hernia in aged patients. Methods 35 aged inguinal hernia patients underwent tension- free repairment using Bard Mesh PerFix Plug. Results All patients were cured With less parn,early up and around and no major complications. Conclusion Tension - free repair of inguinal hernia preserves normal constructize of inguinal canal anatomy and physiology,and suits aged patients well. |
