| 摘 要： | 目的 收集我院1988～1997年收治的T2、T3期乳腺癌121例进行临床回顾分析。方法 单纯手术组49例，手术加化疗组72例，观察比较两组3年、5年生存率及局部复发率。结果 手术加化疗组3年和5年生存率大干单纯手术组，两组相比有显著性差异；且手术加化疗组3年、5年局部复发率小于单纯手术组。结论 T2、T3期乳腺癌治疗方法手术加化疗优于单纯手术。

| Abstract: | Objective A retrospective analysis was carried out for 121 cases of breast cancer which were treated from 1988 to 1997 in our hospital. Methods Surgery only group contained 49 cases, surgery combined with chemotherapy group contained 72 cases, the 3 and 5 years survival rate and the local recurrence rate of these two groups were observed. Results It showed that the 3 and 5 years' surgery group, and the local recurrence rate of the former group was lower than the later group. Conclusion The therapy of surgery combimed with chemotherapy is superior to simple surgery. |
