| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合护理干预对粘连性肠梗阻行腹腔镜松解术后预防肠管再次粘连的效果。方法：将78例粘连性肠梗阻行腹腔镜松解术的患者随机分为康复组（n=40）和对照组（n=38）。康复组于术后8h开始康复干预；对照组行术后常规治疗护理。结果：康复组肠鸣音恢复时间及首次肛门排气时间较对照组短（P〈0．01）且术后腹胀及粘连性肠梗阻复发率低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：对粘连性肠梗阻行腹腔镜松解术后实施综合的康复护理，可预防肠粘连的再发生，提高了患者的生活质量。
