摘    要:目的:通过对输卵管内径的测量及分析,为输卵管节育栓的研制提供基础数据。方法:子宫输卵管数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查100例,应用GE公司AW4.3工作站进行输卵管内径测量和数据频数分析。结果:输卵管内口内径1.07±0.48mm,0.60~1.39mm频率最高(74.0%);间质部中段内径0.50±0.22mm,0.30~0.69mm频率占79.5%;间质部远端内径0.32±0.12mm,0.20~0.49mm频率占89.0%;峡部内径0.46±0.28mm,0.20~0.79mm频率占89.5%。结论:输卵管内径平均值及频数分布对输卵管节育栓的大小、形状的研制具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To provide the basic data for developing oviduct contraceptive plug by measuring the inner diameter of fallopian tube.Methods:The inner diameter of fallopian tube was measured and analyzed with the GE AW4.3 workstation in 100 women.Results:The diameter of internal orifice of the fallopian tube and its most high-frequency range(accounting for 74.0 percent)were 1.07±0.48 mm and 0.60-1.39 mm respectively;the diameter of middle section of the interstitial portion and its most high-frequency range(accounting for 79.5 percent)were 0.50±0.22 mm and 0.30-0.69 mm respectively;the diameter of distal section of the interstitial portion and its most high-frequency range(accounting for 89.0 percent)were 0.32±0.12 mm and 0.20-0.49 mm respectively;and the diameter of isthmic portion and its most high-frequency range(accounting for 89.5 percent)were 0.46±0.28 mm and 0.20-0.79 mm respectively.Conclusion:Measuring the inner diameter of fallopian tube and the frequency range is of great value in developing oviduct contraceptive plug.
