体位干预配合长强穴按摩对初产妇分娩效果的研究

目的探讨体位干预配合长强穴按摩对初产妇分娩效果的影响。方法将136例初产妇随机分为两组,观察组71例采用体位干预配合长强穴按摩的方法对初产妇第二产程的进行护理,对照组65例采用常规方法进行护理。分别观察对比两组第二产程时间、阴道流血量及阴道分娩率和新生儿窒息发生率。结果观察组较对照组初产妇的第二产程时间明显缩短(P0.01);产妇产后2h阴道流血量明显减少(P0.01);阴道分娩率高;新生儿窒息率低。结论体位干预配合长强穴按摩能促进第二产程进展,减少产后出血,提高阴道分娩率,降低新生儿窒息率。

Effect observation of body position interfere combined by changqiang acu-point massage for labor primipara of second stage

Objective To study the effect of position intervention and changqiang-acupoint massage on the primipara＇s second stage of labor.Method 136primiparaes were randomly divided into two group,Among them,71cases in observation group was given body position intervention combined by changqiang-acupoint massage in the second stage of labor,65primiparas in control group were given conventional nursing.Result The time of the second stage of labor in observation groups was significantly shorter,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 2hours after delivery was less than those in control groups（P0.01）.The rate of vaginal delivery in observation groups was higher than those in control groups,and the rate of neonatal asphyxia was less than those in control groups.Conclusion Using body position intervention combined by changqiang-acupoint massage can promote the progress of second stage of labor and reduce postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of neonatal asphyxia,increase vaginal delivery rate, improve the quality of obstetric.
