晚期妊娠羊水过少296例临床分析

目的:分析晚期妊娠羊水过少对母婴影响,探讨正确的处理方法,降低围产儿病死率。方法:收集近两年我院296例晚期妊娠羊水过少孕妇作为研究组,随机抽取同期羊水量正常孕妇296例作为对照组,两组年龄、孕周、孕产次差异均无显著性,对羊水过少孕妇的分娩方式及新生儿结局进行分析。结果:研究组胎儿畸形,胎儿窘迫,脐带绕颈,胎儿生长受限,妊娠期高血压及剖宫产率等明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),新生儿窒息两组无显著性差异。结论:羊水过少严重威胁胎儿、新生儿的生命安全,应加强产前检查,发现羊水过少及时处理,产程中严密监护,适时剖宫产,可改善围产儿预后。

Clinical analysis Of 296 cases of late pregnancy oligohydramnios

Objective:To reduce perinatal mortality rate and analyze the negative influence of oligohydramnios in the late trimester of pregnancy on the mother-baby.Methods:296 cases of oligohydramnios in the late trimester of pregnancy in the past two years were collected as study group,while the random sampling of 296 nomal cases in the late trimester of pregnancy were as control group.There was no significant difference in terms of the age,gestation period and parity between the two groups.The research was conducted on the confinement mode and the neonate's result of the oligohydramnios cases.Results:In study group,the rate of fetal malformation,fetal distress,cord around neck,limited development of fetuses and infants,gestational hypertension and cesarean section were noticeably higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The oligohydramnios seriously threatens the life safety of the fetus and the neonate.The importance of the prenatal examination must be underlined and strengthened.Once oligohydramnios is exmained,the immediate treatment can be done.The close fetal monitoring during the process of the confinement and the timing cesarean section can improve the neonate's prognosis effectively.
