| 摘 要： | 目的:观察健脾益肺口服液对慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者呼吸功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:对照组予以稳定期常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用健脾益肺口服液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为82.4%,两组比较,P0.05。结论:健脾益肺口服液可提高慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者的免疫功能,改善其呼吸功能,提高生活自理能力。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the effect of respiratory and immune function on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by Jianpi Yifei oral liquid. Method： Cases in the control group were treated with routine therapy used in stable phase. Cases in the treat- ment group were treated by Jianpi Yifei oral liquid on the basis of therapy used in the control group. Results： The total effective rate was 94.74% in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Jianpi Yifei oral liquid could improve the effect of respiratory and immune function and enhance self - care ability for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase. |
