目的探讨医疗改革对医院医疗营运的主要影响因素,为加强医院管理提供依据.方法运用灰色关联分析法和ICD国际疾病分类法,对五年间影响医院医疗营运的因素进行分析.结果影响的主要因素为平均开放病床数、业务收入、医技检查数、和疑难危重病人数.结论必须抓住机遇适应医疗市场需求,坚持以"优质、高效、低耗"的就医模式,真正做到病人至上,质量第一,服务第一,以优质的医疗信誉赢得市场.

Exploring the factors that influence the hospital business operations in the reform of health care system

objective To Explore the chief factors which influence the hospit al business operations in the reform of the medical and care system, and provide basis for strengthening the management of hospital. Methods An analysis on the factors which influence the hospital business operations in 5 years was made by means of grey relational analysis method and the ICD international disease class ification method, Results The chief factors are the number of average open beds, business income, medical technical inspections and difficult, complicated and c ritical cases. Conclusions It is imperative to seize the opportunity to be geare d to the need of medical service market. We should insisted on the principles of to win the market with high medical prestige.
