香茅草提取物的免疫调节作用与肿瘤抑制作用

目的考察香茅草提取物口服液的免疫调节作用与肿瘤抑制作用。方法采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验(半体内法)和NK细胞活性(乳酸脱氢酶LDH)测定;采用灌胃小鼠肉瘤180(S180)动物移植性肿瘤和小鼠肝癌(H22)动物移植性肿瘤测定。结果20、15mL·kg-1试验组对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力和对NK细胞活性均有比较明显的提高。试验组的瘤质量与蒸馏水对照组比较,差异显著,20、15mL·kg-1试验组的肿瘤抑制率大于30%。结论香茅草提取物口服液有免疫调节作用和肿瘤抑制作用。

Effects of immunoregulation and inhibition on tumor of the extract from Cymbopogon titrtus (DC.)Stapf.

Objective To study the of effects of immunoregulation and inhibition on tumor of the oral liquid of extract from Cymbopogon titrtus(DC.)Stapf.Methods The tests were used of abdominal cavity macrophages of mice phagocytose erythrocyte of chicken and the measurement of NK cell activity (LDH).The gastrogavage was used to transplant sarcoma 180(S180) and hepatoma 22(H22) into mice.Results For the test group ((20 mL·kg~(-1)),(15 mL·kg~(-1))) there was a significant increase in the abilities on phagocytosis test and the NK cell activity.To compare the test group with the control group (use of distilled water ),the weights of tumor showed significant difference:the rate of inhibition tumor for the test group (20 mL·kg~(-1),15 mL·kg~(-1)) was more than 30%.Conclusion The oral liquid of extract from Cymbopogon titrtus(DC.) Stapf. has activities of immunoregulation and inhibiting tumor.
