通天定眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕58例观察

目的：观察通天定眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法：治疗组58例自拟通天定眩汤治疗，对照组52例用尼莫地平、西比灵治疗，两组均10天为一疗程，治疗1～2个疗程。结果：总有效率治疗组91．38％、对照组71．15％，两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：通天定眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效较好。

Observation on 58 Cases of Vertigo Caused by Vertebrobasilar Ischemia Treated by Tongtian Dingxuan Decoction

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongtian Dingxuan Decoction on vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia. Method ：58 cases were treated with self- made Tongtian Dingxuan Decoction as the study group while 52 cases were treated with nimodipine and flunarizine as the control group. Both groups＇course of treatment was 10 days and they were treated 1 -2 courses. Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 91.38% while that of the control group was 71.15 %. There was very significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Tongtian Dingxuan Decoction has good effect on vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia.
