| 摘 要： | 基于当今临床郁证的多发和年轻化趋势,从张介宾郁证论入手,疏析了张氏"因郁致病"、"因病致郁"以及从怒郁、思郁、忧郁三方面阐论郁证的学术本义;认为,张氏创制的若干治郁方剂和"以情病者,非情不解"的论治思想对现代抑郁症等多种心理和情志障碍病症的治疗具有深刻的启示和实际指导价值。

| Abstract: | Because of melancholia is frequently encountered and the age of patients became younger than before,ZHANG Jie-bin's academic idea of melancholia is discussed through the analysis of "disease results from stagnation","stagnation results from disease",and three aspects of"melancholia due to thinking","melancholia due to angry" and"melancholia due to worry".It is considered that ZHANG Jie-bin's recipes for treating melancholia and the academic idea of "the disease results from emotion should be treated with emotional factors" can deeply give enlightenment to the treatment of various of psychological diseases such as depressions in current times. |
