| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血液透析相关新生血管性青光眼临床相关因素及防治措施。方法：回顾性分析8例血液透析相关新生血管性青光眼的患者，其中男5例，女3例，年龄28岁～63岁。结果：8例患者经药物治疗后症状无缓解，并同时行眼科手术治疗，效果佳。除2例患者肾移植退出透析，其余6例均能继续维持血液透析未再发作。结论：血液透析相关新生性血管性青光眼是罕见的血液透析并发症，血液透析多重因素诱发并加重其发生，对早期视网膜缺血进行尽早的治疗是预防新生血管化及新生血管性青光眼的重要手段。 |
