超声波雾化消毒机消毒效果观察

摘    要:为了观察超声波雾化消毒机的杀菌效果,分别用微生物监测仪器法和平板沉降法对其进行了检测。结果,在室温20~23℃,相对湿度为70%~80%条件下,在约3m3的汽车内,用微生物监测仪器法和平板自然沉降法进行了监测。消毒前,其空气自然菌数分别为530cfu/m3和4710cfu/m3;启动超声波雾化消毒机消毒15min,车内空气中自然菌数分别为3cfu/m3和0cfu/m3,消亡率分别为99.64%和100.00%。结论,超声波雾化消毒机对汽车内空气自然菌具有良好杀灭作用。

Abstract:In order to observe the germicidal efficacy of the Ultrasound Atomizing Disinfector, microbial monitoring instrument method and plate sedimentation method were used for examination. Results: Under conditions of 20~23℃ room temperature and 70%~80% relative humidity, microbial monitoring instrument method and plate natural sedimentation method were used for monitoring in a car of about 3 m3 in size. Before disinfection, the natural bacterial count of air was 530 cfu/m3 and 4710 cfu/m3 respectively. After disinfection with the Ultrasound Atomizing Disinfector for 15 min, the natural bacterial count in air inside the car was 3 cfu/m3 and 0 cfu/m3 respectively, with reduction rate of 99.64% and 100.00% respectively. Conclusion: The Ultrasound Atomizing Disinfector had good efficacy in killing natural bacteria in air inside the car.
