| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨温针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的影像学变化。方法 对 41例住院病人温针治疗前后 CT对比观察分析。结果 临床疗效显示 ,温针治疗后 41例中明显好转 16例 ( 3 9% ) ,好转 2 2例 ( 5 4% ) ,无变化 3例 ( 7% )。病程与 CT变化的分析发现病程在 1个月内变化较明显 ,1年以上变化相对不明显 ,经统计学处理 ( P<0 .0 5 )有显著性差异。结论 温针治疗腰椎间盘突出症取效是与改变椎间盘突出的结构相关的 ,CT的变化与病程的长短有关 ,并与温针针具的材料有一定的关系

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the image changes before and after treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with warmed needle therapy. Methods 41 inpatients took CT examination before and after receiving treatment of warmed needle therapy, and the results were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results After warmed needle treatment, 16 (39%) out of the 41 patients were improved significantly, 22 (54%) were improved, and 3 cases (7%) had no change. Analysis of the relation between the course of disease and CT change showed that the change was more apparent if the course of disease was within 1 month; while the change in patients with over 1 year's course was less obvious, and statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The effectiveness of warmed needle acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was obtained by changing the structure of prolapsed intervertebral disc; the changes in CT images were related to the length of disease course, and the materials of needles used in the warmed needle therapy were also involved to a certain degree. |
