微电子企业职业卫生管理的初步探讨

微电子工业代表一类高新技术企业,其作业环境洁净度高,生产过程中涉及的各种化学因素、物理因素等职业病危害因素的浓度/强度均符合国家职业卫生标准,但涉及的化学因素种类复杂,存在发生急性职业中毒的可能性和潜在性。如果发生职业卫生突发事件,企业的职业卫生管理和应急事件的处理能力对突发事件的形成和转归产生重大影响。为此,加强企业职业卫生管理组织体系建设,规范职业卫生管理与制度建设,提高职业卫生突发事件的应急响应能力,对预防、控制职业卫生突发事件发生和降低事件造成的危害程度具有重要的意义,是一项操作性很强的工作。

Investigation on Occupational Health Management in Microelectronics Products-Manufacturing Companies

Microelectronics industry stood for advanced technology,the environment was spotless,the occupational hazardous factors existed in the production process,whose concentration or strength conformed to the national occupational health standards,but the chemical factors were complex,also could cause acute occupational poisoning.If there was an occupational health emergency,the processing ability of the occupational health management and emergency case had great influence on the incident formation and the outcome.Therefore,strengthening the construction of occupational health management system of the enterprise,improving the response ability of the health emergencies emergency,were feasible work and had an important meaning for preventing and controlling the occupational health emergencies,even reducing the damage of the event.
