手指末节断指再植82指报告

目的探讨末节断指再植的手术方法及临床疗效。方法从1998～2003年共有72例共82指末节采用显微血管吻合技术进行断指再植。结果82指中78指成活，成活率为95．1％(78/82)。术后随访再植手指功能良好，外形较满意，且动静脉均吻合成功的较其他病例好。结论末节断指只要有条件的，均应再植，且可取得良好的效果。高质量地吻合血管是成功的关键。

Distal severed fingers replantation

Objective To seach for the operative technique and clinical results of distal severed fingers replantation.Methods From 1998 to 2003,microsurgical replantation of 82 distal fingers in 72 patients were perfomed by microvascular anastomsis.Results 78 of 82 fingers were survival,and the survival rate was 95.1%(78/82).The replanted fingers had satisfactory sensation and appearance after follow up .And it was better than other cases that the artory and vein anastomsis was identical successful.Conclusions So long as the distal severed finger of conditional minor details,should replantation again,and can make a good result.The high quality of the finger ressels' anastomosis is a key factor to successful finger replantation.
