CAG方案治疗低增生性急性髓系白血病临床分析

目的 探讨CAG方案对低增生性急性髓系白血病治疗的疗效。方法 分析低增生性急性髓系白血病住院患者52例，采用阿糖胞苷和阿克拉霉素联合粒细胞集落刺激因子（CAG）方案治疗并长期随访。结果 CAG方案对低增生性急性髓系白血病的总有效率为79％，完全缓解（CR）率56％，部分缓解（PR）率28％，达CR者中生存期和无病生存期为14个月和7个月，PR和未缓解（NR）者中生存期分别为6个月和4个月。主要毒副作用是骨髓抑制，其他非血液学毒性表现轻微。结论 CAG方案对低增生性急性髓系白血病患者有积极的治疗作用，副作用少，值得推广。

Chemotherapy with CAG regimen to patients with hypoplastic acute myeloid leukemia

Objective To investigate the efficacy of chemotherapy with CAG regimen to patients with hypoplastic acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods The patients with hypoplastic acute myeloid leukemia(n=52) were treated with CAG regimen and followed-up for a long-time.Results The total effective rate,complete remission(CR) and partial remission(PR) in patients with CAG regimen of hypoplastic AML were 79%,56% and 28%,respectively.The median survival and disease-free survival of CR patients were 14 month and 7 month,and the median survival of PR and NR patients were 6 month and 4 month respectively.Bone marrow suppression was the common side effect,other non-hematologic toxicity was mild.Conclusion CAG regmen is effective to patients with hypoplastic AML and side effect is mild.
