从络病理论探讨益气活血解毒法治疗高血压病的机制

高血压病发病与络病存在必然的内在联系，本文从“风毒”、“热毒”、“湿毒”方面探讨了“毒”与高血压关系及解毒对高血压治疗的意义；探讨了血瘀与高血压的关系及活血对高血压治疗的意义；探讨了气虚、肾虚与高血压的关系及补气补肾对高血压治疗的意义。解毒、活血、补气应为中医治疗高血压基本方法。

The mechanism of detoxification and invigorating Qi and blood circulation in treating Hypertension based on the theory of collateral disease

The incidence of hypertension has certain logic to the existence of collateral disease. A relationship between toxin and hypertension and the detoxification on the treatment of hypertension was discussed from the aspect of＂ poison wind＂ ＂toxic heat＂ and＂ Pathogenic Heat＂ ; A relationship between blood stasis and hypertension and the significance of treating hypertension by promoting blood circulation was explored. A relationship of hypertension and the deficiency of Qi and kidney was also discussed , thus a therapy for hypertension by invigorating Qi and nourishing kidney was suggested. Detoxification, invigorating blood circulation maybe supplementing Qi are three basic methods in treating hypertension in TCM.
