心理护理与饮食疗法对糖尿病的临床观察

目的　探讨心理护理和饮食疗法对糖尿病的病情影响。方法　将 68例糖尿病患者配对分为两组 ,观察组采用心理护理和饮食疗法 ,对照组采用常规治疗和护理 ,治疗前与治疗后均测定有关生化指标 ,数据经方差分析 ,求P值用t检验。结果　两组治疗前后各项生化指标比较 ,P均 <0 .0 5,观察组神经、精神症状和一般情况优于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　应用心理护理与饮食疗法可以稳定糖尿病患者的病情 ,巩固药物治疗的效果 ,延缓一系列并发症的发生和发展 ,有利于延长生命 ,提高生活质量

Clinical Observation of Psychological Care and Diettherapy in Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological care and diet therapy on diabetes mellitus.Methods 64 cases of diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with psychological care and diet therapy, at the same time,the control group with the routine therapy and care. Results The laboratory findings were compared with the two treated groups(P<0.05).It was better than the control group in neurotic and psychological symptoms and general health (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care and diet therapy is effective in treatment of diabetes mellitus and it is helpful to extend and improve the lives of patients.
