头体针对缺血性中风软脑膜微循环及阻抗效应的临床与实验研究

目的 探讨缺血性中风针刺治疗的最佳方案及时效差别。方法缺血性中风，是针刺常见适应证，针对临床最常用的头针与体针，设立了头针、体针、头体针结合三组，作即时阻抗效应及动物造模实验。结果头针与体针结合，较单纯头针或体针能显提高病灶局部血流量，改善软脑膜微循环，且有效时间持续延长。结论发现针刺的时间效应在针灸临床学中具有重要意义，为缺血性中风病的针灸临床学探讨提供了一条新思路。

Clinical and Experimental Observation of Scalp and Body Acupuncture on the Interpial Microcirculation and Impedance Effect in Ischemical Apoplexy

Objective To discuss the best project to treat ischemical apoplexy and time-effect of difference.Methods Ischemical apoplexy is a common indication of acupuncture therapy.The immediate impedance effect of case treated with scalp acupuncture,body acupuncture and a combination of both acupunctures were observed respectively.Results The combination of both scalp and body acupunctures could increase the volume of blood flow in the focus,improve the interpial microcirculation significantly and the duration was extended signficantly. Conclusion The time-effect is of great importance in the clinic of acupuncture.This provides a new method in the research of ischemical apoplexy treated with acupuncture.
