中西医结合治疗颅脑外伤后头痛研究

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗颅脑外伤后头痛患的临床疗效。方法550例患按辨证分型分为四型：瘀血型、肝阳上亢型、心阳虚型、肾虚型，分别给予不同的中药治疗及常规西药治疗。46例患只给予单纯西药治疗作为对照组。结果中西医结合治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗颅脑外伤后头痛具有明显优势。

Headache After Brain Injury Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine (WM)to the patients who got headache after brain injury. Methods 550 patients were divided into four groups: yuxue type, ganyangshangkang type,xinyangxu type and shenxu type.They were given different traditional Chinese medicines according to their type.46 cases given simple western medicines were served as the control group. Results There were significant difference in treatment effects between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion The treatment effects of combined TCM and WM are better than WM therapy alone for the patients who got headache after brain injury.
