股骨粗隆间骨折两种内固定方法疗效比较

目的 研究股骨粗隆间骨折两种内固定方法的疗效。方法两组病例分别采取Rjchards钉及麦氏鹅头钉固定，分别观察两组病人的手术时间、术中失血量、术后下床负重时间、住院时间及骨折临床愈合时间，并进行统计学分析。结果两组病人手术时间、术中失血量两项指标无明显差异，而在术后起床负重时间、住院时间及骨折临床愈合时间则存在明显差异。结论Richards钉设计更符合人体生物力学原理，更有利于骨折部位的愈合及髋关节功能恢复，是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想内固定材料。

Analysis on Clinical Treatment of Intertrochanterie Fracture of Femur with Two Intrafixative Materials

Objective To study the clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur with two intrafixative materials.Methods The two internal nails include home-Richards and Mclanghlin . Their clinical effects and some items of the course were studied and analyzed,e.g. a. the time of operation;b.the amount of blood lost during operation;c.the time of getting up and heavy burden after operation;d. the duration of hospitalization;e. the duration of clinical healing of fracture.Results Therewas no significant difference between a and b. While the situation was quite different in item c,d and e.Conclusion Richards nail is more comfortable to human's biomechanism and more favourable to the healing of fracture as well as the recovery of hip function.It is believed that Richards nail is an ideal internal fixtive material for intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
