腰骶部脊神经根硬膜外间隙的临床解剖学研究

摘    要:目的 了解腰骶段脊神经在硬膜外间隙内的行程变化、不同部分的解剖学情况 ,为在硬膜外间隙实行SPR手术提供依据。方法 选择不同年龄的固定和未固定尸体 2 6具 ,在放大 5倍的情况下观测L1~S2脊神经根的解剖学资料。结果 腰骶部脊神经根在硬膜外间隙长度短 (脊神经根自硬膜囊发出点到相应神经节近端的距离为 4 .3± 1.3~ 9.9± 1.5cm ,小儿按身高比例缩短 ) ,且显露困难。结论 从理论上提出硬膜外间隙施行SPR手术是可能的 ,但难度较大 ,如果做此手术应从肌痉挛范围较小的部位试做 ,最好从L5或S1支配区肌痉挛试做。

Abstract:Objective To understand the changes and the anatomical situation in different parts of spinal nerve of epidural space in lumbosaeral region,and provide basis for the SPR operation in epidural space.Methods 26 movable andimmovable bodies of various ages were selected and the anatomical materials of L1-S1 spinal nerve roots were observed with 5 times magnification.Results Thespinal nerve roots in lumbosaeral region were short in epidural space,(it is4.3 1.2-9.9 1.5cm long from epinal nerve roots starting points to the concerned nerve segments,and the children`s are shortened according to the ages.) and it was hard to appear.Conclusion Theoretically it is possible to carry out the SPR operation in epidural space,but it is too difficult.It is better to try in L5 or S1 govern area spasmus muscularis if doing this operation should try in spasmus muscularis with small range.
