ICU病人继发肺内感染的因素及防治措施

目的 了解ICU病人继发肺内感染因素并探讨防治措施。方法70例ICU病人，38例气管切开20例口鼻插管，无人工气道12例，通过多因素分析，结合献复习，找出导致肺部感染的因素，采取正确的气道管理，合理应用抗生素，改善体质，做好环境管理等。结果70例患，除因原发病病情恶化外，无1例因肺内感染而导致病情恶化，延误治疗。结论正确的气道管理，合理的辅助治疗，能够降低继发肺内感染率。

Secondary Intrapulmonary Infectious Factors in Patients With ICU and Its Preventive Measures

Objective To understand the secondary intrapulmonary infectious factors in patients with ICU and the preventive measures.Methods Among 70 patients,38 cases were given tracheotomy, the pipe was put into nose and mouth in 20 cases,12 cases had not artificial pipe.Through analysis of multiple factors together with the reviewing of materials,to find out the factors causing intrapulmonary infection and manage the pipe correctly,apply antibiotic reasonablly,improve constitution and control the surroundings ctc.Results Amonm all cases,except that the state of primary illness became worse,there was no cases worse caused by intrapulmonary infection, or delaying treatment.Conclusion Correct management of pipe and reasonable accessory treatment can reduce the secondary intrapulmonary infection.
