强心利尿合剂治疗难治性心衰32例

目的　观察强心利尿合剂治疗难治性心衰的疗效。方法　在常规治疗的基础上将强心利尿合剂加入 10 %葡萄糖液 2 50ml中静滴 ,每日 1次 ,7天为一疗程 ,观察病人治疗后的心功能改善情况。结果　总有效率 68.5% ,用药后与用药前相比左室射血分数 (EF)显著提高 (P <0 .0 5) ,2 4小时平均心率明显下降 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　强心利尿合剂治疗难治性心衰疗效可靠 ,尤其适用于洋地黄效果不佳或不适宜使用洋地黄治疗的患者

Treatment of 32 Cases of Refractory Heart Failure with Cardiac and Diuretic Mixture

Objective To observe the curative effect of Cardiac and Diuretic mixture to treat refractory heart failure.Methods Based on the routine treatment,add Cardiac and Diuretic mixture into 10% glucose 250ml ivgtt,qd for 7 days,observe the recovery of the heart function.Results The total response rate was 68.5%,LVEF was increased obviously after the treatment (P<0.05), 24h mean heart rate was decreased obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Cardiac and Diuretic mixture in the treatment of refractory heart failure is definite,especially to treat heart failure and those who can't use Digitalis or who can't get satisfied effect if using it.
