| 摘 要： | 目的 指出癌胚抗原(CEA)检测对恶性肿瘤诊断的意义。方法205例恶性肿瘤病例与134例良性肿瘤病例及120例健康人作血清CEA检测对比分析。结果CEA阳性率：恶性肿瘤为57％，良性肿瘤为6％，健康人为2．5％。结论CEA检测可作为恶性肿瘤血清检测诊断的重要指标，对肺、消化道恶性肿瘤检测阳性率较高，肝、乳腺癌检测阳性率较低。

| Abstract: | Objective To point out the importance of CEA detection to malignant tumour diagnosis. Methods 205 patients with malignant tumour,134 patients with innocent tumour and 120 healthy people were made serum CEA detection comparative analysis.Results CEA positive rate:malignant tumour 57%,innocent tumour 6%,healthy people 2.5%.Conclusion CEA detection can be used in malignant tumour diagnosis. |
