糖耐量低减对心脏结构及左室舒张功能的影响

摘    要:目的 了解糖耐量低减与心脏结构及功能的关系。方法 对 2 1例糖耐量低减患者 ,应用二维超声及脉冲多普勒测量室间隔左室后壁厚度及收缩期、舒张期左室内径 ,计算心脏各项指数 ,并与 30例健康人对照。结果 左室舒张功能各项参数与对照比较有显著性差异 (t =0 .0 2 5,P <0 .0 5)。心脏结构、左室收缩功能参数与对照组无差异。结论 大量糖基化终末产物使心肌硬化 ,导致早期心室顺应性降低 ,左室舒张末压升高 ,二尖瓣血流淤谱EV/AV比值升高

Abstract:Objective To study the relationships of the structure and function of the heart and the downslide of carbohydrate-resisting. Methods Two-dimensional ultrasonography and pulse Doppler were used in 21 patients with the downslide of carbohydrate-resisting, to measure the thickness of walls between ventricles and the back wall of LV, the diameter of LV both in the periods of systole and diastole, every index of the heart and then compare them with these of 30 healthy persons. Results Compared with those of the latter group, the diastole function indexes of LV were quite different (t=0.025,P<0.05). There were no differences in the indexes of heart structure and the function of LV systole between the two groups. Conclusion The downslide of carbohydrate-resisting will influence the function of LV diastole and has no influence on the structure and function of the heart.
