| 摘 要： | CT灌注是一种功能成像技术,可以提供活体组织血管的生理和代谢方面的信息,用于评价局部微循环状况.肿瘤的生长与新生血管的形成和血流量增加有关,血管生成在肿瘤的生长、侵袭与转移过程中起着非常重要的作用.CT灌注成像技术在肿瘤性病变的研究中有很重要的价值.本文复习了CT灌注成像在肿瘤病变中应用研究文献,对CT灌注成像在肿瘤中的应用基础、定性诊断和疗效监测与预后评估等方面予以综述.

| Abstract: | Perfusion CT is a functional imaging technique that can provide physiological and metabolic information, and be used for microcirculation fimetion evaluation in vivo. Tumor growth is recognized as relation with neovascularization and increase of blood. Tumor angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth, invasion, and metastasis. Perfusion CT imaging technique is of value in study of tumor. This article reviewed the literature of the tumor perfusion CT imaging, summarizing its basic principles, applications of qualitative diagnosis, therapeutic monitoring, prognosis evaluation and other aspects. |
