| 摘 要： | 目的 观察H型高血压患者血压变异性的变化.方法 80例原发性高血压患者分别进行血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平测定和动态血压监测,根据Hcy水平分为H型高血压组和非H型高血压组,比较两组间的血压变异性.结果 H型高血压组血压变异性各指标均比非H型高血压组增高,其中24hSSD、dSSD、dDSD和nSSD两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 H型高血压患者血压变异性增高.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the blood pressure variability in patients with H type hypertension. Methods 80 patients with essential hypertension were divided into H type hypertension and non-H type hyper- tension groups according to the level of homocysteine, the blood pressure variability in two groups were com- pared. Results The blood pressure variability in H type hypertension group were significant higher than that in non-H type hypertension group. Conclusion The blood pressure variability in patients with H type hypertension is increased significantly. |
