老老年高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度与红细胞分布宽度变异系数相关性研究

目的 研究老老年高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度（CA-IMT）与红细胞分布宽度变异系数（RDW-cv）的相关性.方法 选择2011年4月至2013年4月入住中国中医科学院广安门医院125例老老年高血压患者,根据CA-IMT分成正常组25例、增厚组36例、斑块组64例,比较各组间RDW-cv及有关理化指标的情况.结果 各组间RDW-cv比较,正常组（11.00±4.07）＜增厚组（12.81±2.78）＜斑块组（13.95±1.34）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.经Spearman相关性分析显示,CA-IMT与RDW-cv存在显著相关性,差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）.结论 老老年高血压患者的颈动脉内中膜厚度与RDW-cv之间关系密切,RDW-cv或许可以成为预测老老年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化及心脑血管病预后的危险因素之一.

Correlation between carotid artery intima-media thickness in very elderly patients with red cell distribution width coefficient of variation

Objective To study the carotid artery intima-media thickness in very elderly patients with hypertension（intima media thickness of carotid artery,CA-IMT） and red cell distribution width coefficient of variation（Red blood cell Distribution Width-coefficient variation,RDW-cv） correlation.Methods Select 2011 April to 2013 April in Guanganmen hospital in Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine,125 cases of elderly hypertensive patients,according to CA-IMT divided into the normal group of 25 cases,36 cases of plaque thickness group,group 64 cases,were compared between groups RDW-cv and the physicochemical index of.Results Compared with RDW-cv group,the normal group （11.00±4.07）＜ thicking group （12.81±2.78）＜ plaque group （13.95±1.34）,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.01）,the Spearman correlation analysis showed：CA-IMT and RDW-cv have significant correlation （P=0.000）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Because of the correlationship between carotid artery intima-media thickness and RDW-cv in elderly hypertensive patients,RDW-cv may be one of the risk factors for predicting carotid atherosclerosis,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in the old elderly hypertensive patients.
