导管消融治疗老年室上性心动过速对左心功能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨射频消融治疗老年阵发性室上性心动过速的临床疗效及对左心功能的影响.方法 回顾性分析本院2010年3月至2013年3月老年室上性心动过速行射频消融术患者52例,比较术前及术后6个月左心功能的变化.结果 52例老年室上性心动过速患者行射频消融术后,有4例复发,治愈率92.31%.术中、术后除1例出现假性动脉瘤外,无房室传导阻滞、气胸、动脉栓塞、瓣膜损伤及出血等并发症发生.随访6个月,心脏彩超示左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD) (39.7±4.5)mm,比术前(46.2±6.6)mm降低,左室射血分数(64.2±6.8)%,比术前(59.8±8.7)%明显提高(P<0.05).结论 对老年阵发性室上性心动过速患者行射频消融术同样安全有效,且可改善左心功能,提高生活质量.

The effects of catheter ablation in treatment of elderly patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia on left ventricular function

Abstract:Objective Explore the clinical efficacy with radiofrequency ablation treatment on elderly pa- tients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, and impact on left ventricular function. Methods Radiofrequency ablation for elderly supraventricular tachycardia in 52 patients from March 2010 to March 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, the changes of left ventricular function preoperative and postoperative 6 months were com- pared. Results After radiofrequency ablation in 52 cases of elderly supraventricular tachycardia, there were four cases of recurrence, the cure rate was 92.31%. Except 1 pseudoaneurysm, no atrioventricular bleck, pneumotho- rax, arterial embolization, valvular injury and bleeding complications. Followed for 6 months, echocardiography showed left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD)(39.7±4.5) mm lower than the preoperative (46.2±6.6) mm, left ventricular ejection fraction (64.2±6.8)% higher significantly than the preoperative (59.8±8.7)%(P〈 0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, radiofrequency ablation is safe and effective, and can improve left ventricular function and quality of life.
