| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方风灵颗粒治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CPPS)的疗效。方法:65例CPPS病人给予复方风灵颗粒治疗,治疗4周,比较治疗前后CPPS患者临床症状与前列腺液中白介素-8的变化,进行评定。结果:治疗后,65例病人有效率为85.12%;前炎症细胞因子白介素-8(IL-8)下降明显(P<0.05)。无严重副作用发生。结论:复方风灵颗粒对CPPS有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Compound FengLing Granules for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS).Methods:From October 2004 to June 2005,Compound FengLing Granules,had been used in 65 patients with CPPS for four weeks.Symptom scores and expressed prostatic secrections(EPS)were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results:These patients had a clinically significant response to the treatment.Of these,fifty-eight patients(89.2%)responded to one month therapy and had a decrease in NIH-CPSI scores.The IL-8 levels of EPS decreased remarkably(P<0.05).No severe side effects were observed.Conclusions:It is suggested that Compound FengLing Granules is effective in the treatment of CPPS. |
