| 摘 要： | 目的探讨布氏杆菌病合并肾脏病病因。方法回顾分析1998~2005布氏杆菌病合并肾脏病7例。结果布氏杆菌病合并肾脏病可表现为:急性过敏性间质性肾炎、系统感染相关性AIN、慢性肾功不全,尿路感染。结论肾病患者因免疫功能异常或变态反应因素极易合并布氏杆菌病。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the etiology of bacteria burgeri disease combined with nephropathy.Methods 7 cases of such patient from 1998 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The clinical manifestations of bacteria burgeri disease combined with nephropathy were acute allergic interstitial nephritis,AIN,chronic renal dysfunction and urinary tract infection.Conclusion The immuno-function abnormality and allergy factor of nephropathy might combine with bacteria burgeri disease. |
