| Abstract: | We describe two patients who developed clubbing shortly afterHIV seroconversion. None of them had the full syndroine of hypertropicosteoarthropathy. Other causes of clubbing are unlikely. Wesuggest that clubbing may belong to the spectrum of arthropathiesassociated with HIV infection.
