2型糖尿病患者红细胞体积分布宽度与肾功能的关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者红细胞体积分布宽度（RDW）与肾功能的关系。方法检测并比较分析84例单纯T2DM患者、60糖尿病肾病（DN）患者和100例健康对照者RDW、血尿素（Urea）、血肌酐（Cr）、尿微量清蛋白（UmAlb）、尿微量清蛋白/尿肌酐比值（UmAlb/UCr）的水平,根据结果进行统计学分析。结果 DN组RDW、Urea、Cr、UmAlb、UmAlb/UCr水平均较单纯T2DM组和对照组显著升高（P〈0.01）;与对照组相比,单纯T2DM组RDW、UmAlb水平及UmAlb/UCr显著升高（P〈0.01）;相关性分析显示T2DM患者RDW与UmAlb/UCr（r=0.284,P=0.000）、病程（r=0.167,P=0.041）呈显著正相关。结论 RDW水平可反映T2DM患者的早期肾损伤,对DN的预防和诊断均有重要的临床价值。

The relationship between red cell distribution width level and renal functional in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the relationship betwwen red cell dstribution width（RDW）and renal functional in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods RDW,serum urea（Urea）,serum creatinine（Cr）,urine microalbumin（UmAlb）and urine microalbumin/creatinine（UmAlb/UCr）ratio were measured and statistically compared in 84patients with pure T2DM,60patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN）and 100healthy controls.Results The levels of RDW,Urea,Cr,UmAlb and UmAlb/UCr ratio of DN group were significantly higher than those of pure T2DM and control groups（P〈0.01）;Compared with the control group,the levels of RDW,UmAlb and UmAlb/Ucr of T2DM group were significantly increased（P〈0.01）;Correlation analysis showed that RDW in patients with T2DM was positively correlated with UmAlb/UCr（r=0.284,P=0.000）,courses（r=0.167,P=0.041）.Conclusion RDW might can reflect the renal damage in the patients with T2DM,and has an important clinical value for prevention and diagnosis of DN.
