摘    要:目的采用两种不同方法测定红细胞沉降率(血沉),对结果进行比较,探讨两种方法的临床使用价值。方法将129例贫血患者分为轻贫组(Hb 100~110g/L)、中贫组(Hb 80~100g/L)和重贫组(Hb〈80g/L)3组,分别用Monitor100全自动血沉仪和Micro-TEST1血沉仪进行血液标本测定,并同时测定198例血色素正常患者的血液标本,对结果进行统计分析。结果各贫血组采用两种血沉测定方法比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);重贫组与其他组的血沉结果比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。血色素正常组采用两种血沉测定方法比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论贫血影响两种检测方法的相关性,贫血越重,差异越明显,Micro-TEST1血沉仪在测定贫血患者血沉上更具稳定性。

Comparison of two kinds of erythrocyte sedimentation rate determination method

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of the two methods by using two different methods for the determination of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and comparing the results.Methods We divided 129cases anemia patients into three groups,mild anemia group(Hb 100-110g/L),moderate anemia group(Hb 80-100g/L)and severe anemia group(Hb80g/ L),at the same time we determined the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)of 198cases patients with normal hemoglobin of blood specimens and the above three groups by Monitor100automated ESR analyzer and Micro-TEST1ESR analyzer.The results were statistic analysis.Results There were no significant difference in two methods of anemia(P〈0.05);severe anemia group compared to other experimental groups difference was significant(P〈0.05).There were no significant difference of normal hemoglobin of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the three groups of two methods(P〈0.05).Conclusion The anemia effected the correlation between Monitor100automated ESR analyzer and Micro-TEST1ESR analyzer,anemia is heavier,the difference was more obvious,Micro-TEST1ESR analyzer in determination of patients with anemia erythrocyte sedimentation rate had stability.
