| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨抗炎Ⅰ号对湿热型异位性皮炎患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞的调控作用。方法:将异位性皮炎患者分为治疗组与对照组,分别服用抗炎Ⅰ号冲剂和氯雷他定,同时设立健康人为正常组,不服用任何药物。用流式细胞仪检测两组服药1个月前后及健康组外周血Th1、Th2细胞水平。结果:治疗前治疗组、对照组外周血Th1、Th2,Th1/Th2比值与正常组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组外周血Th1细胞水平上升,Th1/Th2比值升高,Th2细胞水平下降,与治疗前比较有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较Th1细胞水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),Th2细胞水平及Th1/Th2比值有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组与正常组比较,外周血Th1、及Th1/Th2比值均具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),Th2细胞水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:Th1/Th2失衡构成了湿热型异位性皮炎患者的部分免疫学特点。抗炎Ⅰ号对Th1、Th2细胞水平均有调节作用,主要通过下调Th2的水平,而纠正Th1/Th2失衡,是其达到临床疗效的可能机制之一。
