稳定性二氧化氯对霍乱弧菌杀灭效果的实验观察

摘    要:目的:观察二氧化氯对霍乱弧菌的杀灭作用,方法:以本实验室保存的来自病人的O1群和养鳖池O139群堆乱菌株作为实验菌,按照GB19581-1995操作。结果:二氧化氯22.5mg/L和45.0mg/L作用2min,对霍乱弧菌的杀灭率分别达到99.995或100%。有机物的存在会明显降低杀菌率,在pH6.0和pH8.5的鱼不模拟水样中,二氧化氯22.5mg/L作用20min或45.0mg/L作用2min,对霍乱弧菌的样菌率达100%,明显高于水中其它细菌。结果:二氧化氯适合于霍乱疫源地尤其是水产养殖池污染霍乱弧菌时的消毒。

Abstract:Objective] To study on the germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide (CD) for killing V cholera [Methods] The experiment strain was O1 and O139 V cholera obtained from patients and the cultivation terrapin pool The experiment was conducted according to GB 19581-1995 [Results] Chlorine dioxide was able to kill 99 99% and 100% V cholera for 2 min respectively in the concentration 22 5 mg/L and 45 mg/L When organism things existing in the water samples, the germicidal efficacy decreased significantly When pH was 6 0 and 8 5 in mimetic water samples of fishpond and CD 22 5 mg/L for 20 min or CD 45 0 mg/L for 2 min, the killing rates to V cholera were 100 % and higher than that to the other germs [Conclusion] Chlorine dioxide is of high disinfectant efficacy and is suitable for the infected area by V cholera, especially for the pools of aquatic product industry
