微波对生殖细胞超微结构及DNA的剂量效应研究

摘    要:以合格雄性大鼠接受245OMHz微波0.5、1.0、5.0mw.cm~(-2)剂量辐照lh/d×100d,发现微波为5mw.cm~(-2)时,精原细胞DNA和精子畸变率较对照显著增加,透射电镜观察到生殖细胞核膜皱折不平滑,线粒体空泡化。<1mw.cm~(-2)微波辐照未出现上述变化。提示致热强度微波辐照,可使雄性生殖细胞基因改变,潜伏着远期效应的威胁,这在修订微波卫生标准时应予重视。

Effects of Microwave Radiation on DNA and Ultrastruct of Reproduction-cells in Various Doses
Abstract:The qualified rats are radiated with 2450Hz microwave of 0.5 1.6 5.0.mw.cm~2 for 100 days.The microwave of 5mw.cm~2 results show thatthe spermatogonia DNA and the sperm variation rate increase significantly than the control.By the transmissive electron microscope the nu-clear membrane of the germ cells appearing rugate(not smooth) and mitochondria being vacuolated are observed.If the dose of microwave used is<1mv.cm~2 no change mentioned is seen.It suggests that con-tinuous radiation of the thermal microwave would alter the genes of sperm cells and a threatening of a terminal response conceals.These findings must be emphasized when the Industrial standrd of microwave ef-fects is revised.
