| 摘 要： | 眼表的正常与稳定对眼球表层的健康非常重要,许多眼表疾患可造成视力减退或丧失。羊膜特有的结构和生物学特性使其成为治疗眼表疾病较理想的生物材料,具有广泛的应用前景。本文就羊膜的生物学特性、羊膜的应用历史、眼部应用的手术种类、生物学改良及分类等作一综述。

| Abstract: | Normality and stability is very important to ocular surface.The majority of ocular surface disorder will lead to vision decrease or lost.The special structure and biological characteristic of amniotic membrane(AM)allow it to be an ideal biological material and used broadly in clinical practice for the treatment of ocular surface disease.The biological characterstic of AM,The history and current status of applications and the operation classification of various ophthalmic application of AM as well as the biological improvement of AM were summarized. |
