血清和胸水铜、锌、铁检测对结核性和癌性胸水的鉴别诊断价值

摘    要:目的通过检测结核性和癌性胸水患者血清及胸水中铜、锌、铁水平,探讨其对鉴别良恶性胸水的意义。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAA S)检测32例结核性胸水和32例癌性胸水患者血清及胸水铜、锌、铁水平。结果癌性胸水组血清和胸水铜含量及铜/锌比值显著高于结核性胸水组,而血清和胸水锌含量显著降低(P<0.01)。癌性胸水组血清铁含量显著降低,而胸水铁含量显著高于结核性胸水组(P<0.01)。结论同时检测血清及胸水中铜、锌、铁水平对鉴别良恶性胸水有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of copper,zine,iron in differentiating benign from malignant pleural effusion.Methods The levels of copper,zine,iron were detected using FAAS in serum and pleural effusion of 32 cases of tuberculosis pleural effusion and 32 case malignant pleural effusion. Results The levels of copper and copper zine ration in serum and pleural effusion in malignant pleural effusion patients were significantly higher and zine was markedly lower than that in serum and pleural effusion of tuberculosis patients with pleural effusion(P<0.01).In the malignant pleural effusion patients the serum iron decreased and the pleural effusion iron increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Testing the levels of cooper,zine,iron in serum and pleural effusion plays an important role in differentiating benign from malignant pleural effusion.
