| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝切除联合术中纤维胆道镜在外科治疗肝硬化合并肝胆管结石中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析我院自2001年1月至2009年12月采用肝切除联合术中纤维胆道镜治疗的36例肝硬化合并肝胆管结石患者的临床资料.结果围手术期死亡1例,死于术后严重感染并发肝功能衰竭.术后重要并发症9例,包括暂时性胆瘘4例,膈下感染3例,胆道...
