| 摘 要： | 目的：了解腰椎间盘突出症手术后的护理干预及其与患者预后的关系。方法：总结32例患者的护理经验，观察治愈率。结果：18例（56．2％）治愈，12例（37．5％）好转，2例（6．3％）未愈。结论：手术后给予正确、良好的护理对降低并发症的发生率及患者肢体功能的恢复有很大帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective：To overview nursing intervention of lumbar disc herniation after surgery and the relation between nursing intervention and the patient＇s prognosis. Methods： Overviewed 32 cases of the writer＇s experenee. Results： There were 18（56.2%） cases cured, 12 cases（37.5%） got better and 2 cases（6.3%） had no effect.
