高龄老年组腔隙性脑梗死血脂特点

目的 :比较不同年龄腔隙性脑梗死患者血脂的差异。方法 :将 6 6例住院患者按脑 CT检查结果分为两组 :A组 33例 ,为对照组 ,年龄 5 1岁～ 6 9岁 ;B组 33例 ,为高龄老年组 ,年龄 70岁～ 86岁 ,对比两组在血脂方面的差异。结果 :与对照组相比 ,高龄老年组总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL - C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(L DL- C)、TC/HDL- C及 TG/HDL- C比值均降低 ,以 TG和 TG/HDL- C比值的降低有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :在高龄老年组患者中 ,血脂各项指标均减低 ,以 TG和 TG/HDL- C比值的降低更明显。

Lipid Characteristic in Lacuna Cerebral Infarction of Elder Patient

Objective:To compare to difference of lipid in elder patient of lacuna cerebral infarction.Methods:66 patients were divided into two groups according to CT's result:A group 33 cases as control were 51 a~69 a;B group 33 cases as elder group were 70~86 year.To compare to difference of lipid in two groups.Results:To compare A group,B group total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)、TC/HDL-C ratio and TG/HDL-C radio were all decreased,especially,decrease of TG and TG/HDL-C radio were significant(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusion:Lacuna cerebral infarction in elder patient,all lipid level were decreased,especially,TG and TG/HDL-C ratio were remarkabely decreased.
