| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以紫外分光光度法测定盐酸吡美诺胶囊含量的方法。方法:依据2005年版《中国药典》附录中紫外分光光度法,在260nm波长处测定盐酸吡美诺胶囊的含量。结果:盐酸吡美诺检测浓度的线性范围为3.0～36μg·mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.58%(RSD=0.41%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、结果可靠,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the dermination of pirmenol hydrochloride in pirmenol hydrochloride capsules. METHODS： The content of pirmenol hydrochloride was determinated by UV spectrophotometry according to Chinese Pharmacopeia （Edition 2005） with detective wavelength set at 260 nm. RESULTS： There was a good linear relationship for pirmenol hydrochloride in the range of 3.0--36ug · mL^-1 （r = 0.999 9） . The average recovery was 99.58% （RSD = 0.41% ） . CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, accurate, reliable and applicable for the determination of pirmenol hydrochloride capsules. |
